This statement describes how Konrad Pistolnig GmbH, 8522 Groß St. Florian,
Lassnitzstrasse 27 ("we") processes your personal data. The declaration
is addressed to our existing and former customers and/or suppliers,
interested parties and potential future customers and/or suppliers, as well as their
respective shareholders, bodies and other employees.

  • to establish, manage and process the business relationship
  • to strengthen the existing business relationship or to expand a new service offering

    and to the extent commissioned by the customer and/or supplier:
  • for order entry and order processing
  • for managing customer master data including customs procedures
  • for the creation and transmission of outgoing invoices & credit notes
  • for processing incoming invoices & credit notes
  • for the creation of payment transactions
  • for the preparation of offers
    Insofar as we collect your personal data from you, the
    provision of your data is generally voluntary. However, if you do not provide your personal data to

If you are our customer and/or supplier, we process your
personal data because this is necessary to fulfill the
contract concluded with you (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR).

Insofar as this is absolutely necessary for the purposes mentioned in point 1, we will transfer
your personal data to the following recipients:

  • IT service providers used by us and other service providers in connection with
    marketing activities
  • public accountant for auditing purposes
  • cooperation partners and legal representatives working for us
  • Insurances on the occasion of the conclusion of an insurance contract
    on the performance or the occurrence of an insured event (e.g.
    liability insurance)
  • Administrative authorities, courts and bodies governed by public law (e.g.
    customs office)
    Some of the above recipients may be located outside Austria
    or process your personal data outside Austria. The
    level of data protection in other countries may not correspond to that
    of Austria. We therefore take measures to ensure that all

business relationship in which we collected your data or until the

is required as evidence. If you are a customer and/or supplier, former
customer and/or supplier, prospective customer and/or
contact person of one of the aforementioned, we will retain your
personal data for marketing purposes until you object to
or withdraw your consent, provided that the marketing measure is based on
your consent.
